Responsibilities:
Carry out inflight safety and security procedures
Provide excellent customer service which exceeds passengers’ expectations
Anticipate and respond to passengers’ needs promptly and in a professional manner
Requirements:
Citizen of Malaysia.
Minimum age of 18.
High school graduate or above (completion of SPM/GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, including a Pass in English).
Fluent in speaking and reading English, and any one of the following Asian languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Tamil. A third language is preferable.
Polished interpersonal skills with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
Previous experience in the service industry is preferable.
A minimum arm-reach of 208cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment.

Aviation industry encompasses various activities and responsibilities with regards to aircraft operations. In the recent years the industry has grown with leaps and bounds offering more lucrative job opportunities to a vast number of skilled workers.
With the increasing pay package and a prosperous growth, many students are going in for aviation courses. There are many categories and classification of courses depending on the branch or sector of aviation.
